INTRODUCTION:
Daken: Welcome to You Are Your Name. In this season, we are interviewing people who have balanced their names through the Kabalarian Philosophy.
If you have been following our podcast, you will know that the Kabalarian Philosophy teaches that names create a hugh influence on our thinking, our health, and the experiences we attract and that balanced names will create a much more balanced life.
We have people from all over the world changing their names, and we thought it would be helpful for you to listen to some of the changes they experienced after they balanced their names.
INTERVIEW:
Daken: So our guest today is Elyas Liera from Romania. He's a renowned vegetarian chef. Thank you Elyas for being with us.
Elyas: Thank you Daken for thinking about inviting me. I'm honored to be here.
Daken: So how long have you been using a balanced name?
Elyas: I am in my fourth year using my balanced name. It's been wonderful. Since I've chose my new name, my life took a totally new route, and it's great.
Daken: Okay. So what changes did you notice with the balanced name?
Elyas: Oh, there are a lot of changes. The first one that comes to my mind is this, let's say, inner quietness that I'm enjoying now. So basically from the moment I choose my name, somehow something inside of me just settled and allowed me to reflect deeper on anything that I wanted to reflect upon.
And then on the physical, I used to have all these little issues, little problems, such as inflammation for example, or a weak back, or a weaker lung. But most of them are gone now. And, on the physical, I feel generally more vital, more energized, more physically flexible, and also a mental flexibility.
Another aspect, it has to do with the perspective, let's say. In terms of perspective, what's beautiful now is that now I have one. And it's a clear perspective. Since many years, what I was looking for was clarity. I wanted to discover what's my mission here? What's my purpose here? What do I have to do? And changing my name and then enrolling into the courses, into Life Analysis Training, gave me exactly that clarity that I was looking for. And it's a beautiful thing to have a specific reason for which to wake up in the morning and go for it.
Daken: That's excellent. We teach the concept of measuring the inner potential. Maybe you could talk about what is your understanding of your inner potential?
Elyas: We now know after studying that our inner potential has to do with our mathematical qualities from our birthday, our birthpath, our minor lessons.
But I believe that, let's say, our general inner potential has to do with giving. We, all of us, have this power to give from what we are. For example, for in my case being a 5 birthpath, being so promotional and knowing so many people and so on, I can give from that. I can give from sharing with the people the beautiful journey that I had with my balanced name and with the Philosophy and inspire people to try it or do a change in their lives.
In the end, each one of us, depending on our mathematical qualities, can contribute to this greater good and make the world, their immediate environment - but in the end the greater environment, a better place. And, this is a beautiful mission that we have here.
Daken: So you noticed a quietness in your thinking. You saw some improvements of your health. You developed greater mental flexibility and a broader perspective. And you now have a better insight into your Reason of being and it gives you a purpose for getting up in the morning.
What have you found valuable in your studies that have allowed you to be the best version of yourself?
Elyas: I'm trying not to be too dramatic, let's say, with my words. But exactly from that first lesson from Life Analysis Training, which is basically a summary of this Philosophy, I realized that this is basically a one-way journey. And this one-way journey, it's the only journey that we have basically.
And the more I got into the Philosophy, first of all, accessing the Mathematical Principle and understanding those around me for real and for what they really are, and then going into the Cyclic Law and understanding how everything in nature basically, and in the universe, has this rhythmicity. And then going through the diet, and through the breathing exercises, and then to How to Be Mentally Free and how to basically learn to think for ourselves, I realized after these four basic courses that the Philosophy is like a manual of life. We are given access to a manual of "how to" of life. I believe this is what everybody should have access to.
I highly recommend everybody who's thinking about choosing a balanced name to also enroll in Life Analysis Training because we are given the key to life. And the key to life is what makes us truly conscious about who we are, what is our role here, and how we can bring our contribution to make this beautiful place, this beautiful life, a better place for ourselves, of course, but for the others and for future generations. So we do it for ourselves, but in the end we do it for the greater good.
Daken: People will change their name because they want to change their life, but it's almost as important to understand the principles of life to be able to make those substantial changes. You need the balanced name, but you need to understand that Principle and how it works so that you can interact with people and understand how they are thinking and bring out their higher side. The study is really giving you the tools, as you say, the manual of life.
Let's go back to a few of the earlier questions. What gave you the confidence to go ahead and balance your name?
Elyas: After that first discussion that I had with Zico, who introduced me to the Philosophy, and after going through together through my old name analysis, it was so accurate that in the beginning I couldn't believe it.
So then I said, "Okay, I'm going to go ahead and choose a balanced name and see what happens." But simply that name analysis was so on point that, because I'm a 5 birthpath and I always embraced these new challenges, I went for it. And then starting using it, noticing these changes from this inner serenity and then to the physical, and then because I felt this more openness, this easiness to socialize and talk to people and express myself, so it was all these, let's say, small confirmations that gave me confidence to go ahead. And then understanding how powerful this concept is, how powerful this Mathematical Principle is, I said, "Okay, I want to learn more. I want to discover more." And then I enrolled into Life Analysis Training, as I mentioned earlier, that first lesson was enough for me. After reading the first lesson, I understood that this is the way to go.
And the Philosophy now it turned basically into my anchor, if you will. It's the base point where I come back whenever I have this tendency to be impulsive or to want to change my, I don't know, activities, my job, my anything - just because I don't have the patience to wait for, let's say, the 4 cycle year to pass.
So whenever I have these tendencies from my old name to jump the fence, let's say, I come back to base point. I come back to the Philosophy, to the basics, and this clarity and stability comes back into my mind. The Philosophy now is, let's say, my Philosophy right in the end.
Daken: Now you've talked to a lot of people. What changes have you noticed in other people who balanced their names?
Elyas: Oh, yes. I've met quite a few people that were inspired by what I told them about the idea of changing their names and most of them wanted to learn more, and then we created this small Romanian group, where we discuss and meet and have all these Zoom meetings. But also we go about and we have our small retreats and so on. I could see everybody how they came from those limitations from the old name and blooming into the flowers that they have inside.
From being, for example, way too introverted, to being a delight to speak with. Let me think about some specific examples. In terms of creativity, for example, I saw people that thought that they have nothing to do with the artistic side. But then after changing their name, because they had maybe three-ish qualities there or maybe nine-ish qualities there, they were more and more open to exploring different artistic endeavors such as singing and painting and so on.
And that is not to mention the physical plane, all these physical limitations. As I told from my example, all of us went through this this change and we saw how these little, let's say, physical challenges went away. In some cases, after a very short time. But most of them went away basically.
Daken: It's like there's tensions in the old unbalanced names. And as soon as they balance their name, they stop the source of that tension. But they still have to build up their energies to express the positive qualities from 1 to 9.
Could you chat about what our concept of what is mental freedom and how is it accomplished?
Elyas: Mental freedom basically comes with this mental balancing, first of all. So changing our names to a balanced name is one of the first steps that we have to take to achieve this mental freedom. But then of course, there's the application of the Philosophy. So, we know now that we have the physical plane, we have the mental plane and the spiritual plane.
We have to take the first steps first. So we change our names, then we go into the studies and we discover that we need to pair it with applying the Mathematical Principle, understanding ourselves and our old challenges, understanding what are also our positive qualities from our all names. But also what are the positive qualities that we received from our new balanced name. And then strive to express those positive qualities and eliminate the negative qualities.
And to do that, we need to also prepare our physical body to be this channel of expression. So we have the diet. We know that we are vegetarians and we respect different dietary suggestions. But then we have the breathing which is so important, which vitalizes our bodies, our solar plexus, and then our mind becomes more clear. And then we have all these principles from the Philosophy, that put together, they allow us to think clearly for ourselves, understand others, apply the Cyclic Law, choose when and how to do whatever we have to do. Because we know that everything is, how do you say it?
Daken: Is an intelligent quality to time.
Elyas: So each cycle time has his it's quality. So then pairing this all together, the balanced name, the diet, the breathing, the cycles, we get to this point of equilibrium, in a way. And then our concept becomes clearer and then we can decide according to our own understanding.
Daken: Well said. The whole point about the Mathematical Principle is that we apply it by a balanced name, but we also apply it in our daily thinking to see where we're straying from the constructive expression of those qualities into the destructive. So it's managing that daily thinking to always live the positive expression of your mind.
And in a sense, you become a clearer and brighter expression of Consciousness because that's really what mind is. We're individual channels for Consciousness, and as we balance the mind, which Is more than balancing the name, it's balancing the mind so that it has a proper flow of that positive energy into life. And it comes back to your original point about Reason being a giving quality, a giving power in life and being a constructive influence.
Do you have any final comments you'd like to make?
Elyas: First of all, thank you for inviting me. I, as already mentioned, really invite everybody that tackles has this idea of choosing a balanced name to do it. And just give it a go. Because in the end, there's not too much to lose.
In the beginning, you could also consider it like an artist name or let's say a stage name. You could take it for a test drive, if you like. Go to a new place, introduce yourself with your new name and see what happens. Write it down, speak it out loud. You will more and more connect to that beautiful plane of thought. And this new reality, you will find really impressive and it's truly amazing what the balanced name can do.
And when you've had enough proof, go into the studies. Enroll in Life Analysis Training. Apply the Mathematical Principle with your friends, your family. And you will, probably for the first time, truly understand them. As I said earlier, it is a gift that you're offering to yourself. But in the end, it's a gift for the greater good, for the whole humanity.
And I also believe it's like a super power. Just knowing how people think and knowing what happens in their minds, it gives you this true understanding which grows into compassion, and grows into real love of people. Just give it a go.
Daken: Great. Thanks for joining us, Elyas. I'm sure your insights will help people broaden their perspective on the influence of a balanced name.
Elyas: Thank you again.
