Welcome to the You Are Your Name podcast. My name is Garrett Hennigan, and I'm the host this week. Today we're going to answer the question, why should I study the Kabbalarian philosophy?
The study of the Kabalarian Philosophy will give you the answers to two very important questions. The first one is, what is my purpose? And the second is, who am I?
Well, what is our purpose in life? The Kabalarian Philosophy explains that life is this duality of expression, this abstract power of universal intelligence of reason that becomes involved in form. We see that in a very basic way through plant growth, where a power becomes involved in a seed, it grows through many different stages of expression of growth, to finally reaching a fulfillment where the fruit or the seed pod takes it back to where it originally started from.
And we are like that too. As human beings, we come from this universal source from that first breath, and then that power evolves through time to express a quality of intelligence, a quality of reason, and a quality of consciousness.
The Kabalarian Philosophy explains how we have a broad purpose, but we also have an individual purpose. That is measured through our birthpath from our date of birth, the month, day, and year we were born.
That birthpath is our role in life, our best application of the intelligence of who we are into life to make our own individual contribution. And when we have a clear understanding of that quality, then we're better able to fulfill it. We're not just wandering through life. Well, what should I be doing? Should I be doing this? I should be doing that. The Kabalarian Philosophy gives that clear understanding of our birthpath potential and where we should be going.
The second very important question is who am I? And that comes back to the very simple answer. You are your name, the title of this podcast. And the understanding of name seems pretty simple. On the surface, how could that possibly have an influence on me? But the name is made of language. The language is based on an alphabet. The alphabet is based on a mathematical order of symbols. And when we take those letters, combine them into a name, there is a chord of intelligence. So we have many different qualities, and if you've listened to the different podcasts, you've heard analysis of various different names.
So, our name creates our basic personality, pattern of expression, how we interact with other people, whether we like to be alone, work together, uh, whether we're inspirational, whether we're very practical. All those qualities are determined by the name. But the name must be in harmony with that inner potential, our birthpath.
When the name is in harmony with that potential, then we're able to have this peace of mind, this sense of well- being, that we're fulfilling our purpose. And so the Kabalarian Philosophy teaches these principles in a very practical way through the various study programs online and through live seminars that can help you to understand your purpose and who you are from your name.
So in today's episode, we're going to discuss the names of Emily, Edith, Minnie, Jerry, and Perry.
Lorenda Bardell
Emily seeks an active life free from monotony. Too many obligations create stress because she desires freedom and the time to create new experiences to do as she would like. Intensely ambitious, Emily could shine in sales, promotion, and marketing. An artistic innovation, where she embraces new challenges with her analytical, clever mind, and quick wit.
She is responsible, a good planner, imaginative, and extremely dynamic, but she lacks system and concentration. She dislikes monotony in anything that ties her down. Emily's fashion sense, like everything else about her, boldly reflects her independent nature. However, seldom does Emily see the full results of her efforts as her name forces change to something new; something that looks more appealing. Off she goes on another venture.
She continues to look for something she does not find. And this can cause moodiness, unhappy thinking, and depression at times. Emily's honesty and candor are both her strengths and weaknesses. While some may perceive Emily as bossy or domineering, it is because she struggles to sugar-coat her words. Her straightforwardness may rub some the wrong way, and could bring losses in the affections, and spoil business opportunities.
But those who truly understand, appreciate her charitability, sincerity, honesty, and loyalty. Yet, as life throws its curveballs, Emily may find herself feeling defensive and resentful, misunderstood by those around her. She finds it hard to take criticism. She can be so easily disgusted and irritated and will rarely give ground in an argument.
Yet Emily is very principled and is not the gossipy type. She says what she thinks to your face. She has an appreciation for the finer and deeper things of life. But due to her nervous intensity, she has difficulty in applying herself to study and concentrate to any great extent. Emily is extremely intuitive and experiences hunches.
She is very strong in her likes and dislikes, and rarely does she make a mistake in her judgment on first acquaintance. If she likes you, she can be very affable, or vice versa. Emily loves the outdoors, and active sports speak volumes for her need for physical expression and freedom.
Overall, Emily's journey seems to be one of constant adaptation. Driven by her need for independence and new experiences, her intense and somewhat chaotic lifestyle can take a toll on her health, as it is a challenge for Emily to manage stress and maintain balance in her life to avoid potential health issues such as severe headaches, eyes or teeth problems, or stomach issues.
Although Emily has many fine qualities, it is a name that will limit happiness, health, and success because of the many fluctuations in her temperament and her inability to create lasting peace and relaxation.
